CleanEdge is designed as an educational resource and information hub that explores healthy ways to enhance performance, the facts about, and the consequences of, doping in sport. The website targets those participating at all levels of community sport, including those aspiring to reach their next sporting dream.
Community sport can be many things to many people, fun, challenging, exciting, a way to get fit or keep fit, a serious stepping stone to State, National or International representation, or, a light hearted social experience.
Community sport involves athletes, parents, coaches, administrators, teachers, officials and many others with a personal interest in the world of sport.
CleanEdge recognises the importance of relevant anti-doping education for those involved in community sport. CleanEdge also recognises the importance of providing a resource for clubs, State Sporting Associations (SSAs) and other sporting groups that administer community sport so that they can be part of the delivery and provision of relevant anti-doping education.
CleanEdge will continue to develop additional resources to complement this website and assist with this education process.
